Dylan 6 months old!

So, half a year has gone by fast.  What can I say about this month?  I love him so much!!! That's the first thing I have to say.  And now, let's see.. He loves to smile more, laughs out loud, screams, rolls over, putting all the fingers in his mouth at a same time.  Most of his clothes don't fit any more.  I have bought him a lot of summer clothes but Utah's weather lately is just weird.  One day it's too hot and the next day is raining and snowing so all of his summer clothes have to wait.  One more week he will have his 6 months shot which I'm not looking forward to.

On his 6 months "birthday", we went to Wyoming hoping to buy some lottery tickets but it hasn't started selling yet.  But we had lots of fun, it was our very first out-of-state road trip after a year. We stopped by Sugar house area on our way home and had some Jamba juice and went to the park to feed the birds.  It was a fun day and I'm sure not only we had fun but Dylan also had a wonderful time.

Easter 2013 weekend

On Easter day, the weather was nice and warm so my friends and I took a walk after Trian's first birthday party.  We went to Bridal Veil Falls, a popular hiking ground in Provo, Utah.  This was also Dylan's first time being outdoors for a fun activity since he was born. Dylan has never been outdoors to experience the warm weather and wind blowing in his face. We walked, talked, took pictures (of course), and enjoyed the view.  I guess we will be doing this more often this Summer.  We will try a new hike every week or every other week.  It's going to be a challenge each time to hike/walk with Dylan.  He's still needs eat, sleep, and do his business.

My father-in-law's 100th day memorial

Yesterday (3.23.13) was my father-in-law's 100th day memorial.  He passed away on December 14, 2012.  Our tradition is to hold two small memorials 49 days and 100 days after a love one's death.    After that we hold a yearly anniversary ceremony to commemorate his passing.  We went to the temple with our families from my side and my husband's side.  We held a little prayer that lasted an hour, then we have a small dinner cooked by the chef at the temple.  I mostly took pictures of my son and my nephew, but I still want to share them with you.
