25 Weeks

Yes.. 25 weeks!! I just can't believe how time flies.  15 more weeks to go I'm so excited yet feel a little nervous.  I can't wait to meet my little one and the time seems dragging.  Let's check out my 25 weeks pregnant belly!! Whoo hoo!!!

23 Weeks!!

We got a name for our baby boy.  His name will be Dylan Thiên Phạm.  Dylan means son of the sea and Thiên means God in Vietnamese.  The more I think about the name the more I like it and feel attach to it.  Every time I hear anyone say Dylan or Thiên I would think that they are talking about my baby boy :)

I'm excited to move into next week because next week Dylan would be considered as "viability".  With that being said, it means that if Dylan were to be born next week he would have a 50% chance of survival through NICU.

So far our nursery is about 70% complete.  Our baby would stay in the same room with us until he is older.  We don't feel safe to have our baby to stay in his own bedroom without us knowing how he is doing and what's gonna happen to him.  Being first time parents are never easy, we are worried about everything.  Next weekend my husband and I will go to our "babymoon" trip before Dylan is here and there will be no more "us two time" but it will be "us three time".  I will take lots of picture and share it with you all after we get back next week.  Now is the time to look at my belly at 23 weeks..

21 Weeks!

I can't believe that I have made to 21 weeks and my belly have gotten very big.  I love my belly and my baby boy, I just can't wait for another 19 weeks to get to see him.

Shopping for baby.

I know I haven't updated my blog for a long time because I've been busy shopping around for baby stuff.  Shopping for baby is not as easy as I thought it would be, the first time I walked into a baby store I feel lost because I didn't know what to shop for, where to start and what price is good.  It's finally took my husband and I about a day or two to "settle".  We finally found some items such as: wash cloth, burp cloth, baby bottles, travel system, bedding set, bedding bumper, mattress, some clothes, diapers, wipes.  We haven't found a crib that we want yet but still in the process.  After we shopped around for a few days, I figured out the store that I like the most is Babies r us.  The store is easy to look for stuff and has all the nice items.  I would definitely go back and shop for it and of course we have our eyes on one of the cribs there.
